2026 Youth Leadership Development Workshop Registration

The Black Achievers Society is sponsoring the annual Youth Leadership Development Workshop. The workshop will be at the Kauffman Conference Center, 4801 Rockhill Rd, Kansas City, MO on Tuesday, April 14th, from 8 AM – 1:15 PM. This year’s theme is “ Your Network is Your Net Worth “.

This personal invitation welcomes area high school students from diverse ethnicities to participate. This event is designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders. This workshop will provide young individuals with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to make a positive impact on their communities and beyond. Potential attendees are encouraged to be engaged in workshop discussions and are expected to be willing to interact with students from various area schools. Our goal is to have student representation from greater Kansas City area School Districts, Charter, and Private Schools.
