Tina Cozart
Burns & McDonnell

Tina is an exceptionally talented Associate Lead Piping Designer in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals Group (OGC) at Burns & McDonnell (BMCD). She has made a substantial contribution to our global practice and company for nearly 25 years, positively influencing both her colleagues and clients. She executes complex, large-scale projects by overseeing piping design, coordinating interdisciplinary efforts including with our BMCD India Team, and ensuring project success through strategic workforce planning and budget management. With extensive field experience in refineries and various plants, she is instrumental in improving design accuracy and operational efficiency. Tina’s passion for drawing and math inspired her to pursue a career in engineering.

She earned an associate degree in Drafting and Design Technology from MCC. Tina has consistently enhanced her skills through ongoing training. Her most recent accomplishment is achieving certification as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) lead, a credential signifying demonstrated experience and excellence in defining and executing EPC projects.

Tina’s leadership in community service, professional development, and STEM education is exceptional. She led the 2024 OGC KC Gives Back Committee (1526 volunteer hours), co-founded BMCD’s Diversity Advisory Committee, mentors through BPN, launched the OGC Mentoring Program, and leads the OGC Piping Career Development Series. Her STEM commitment is evident in her active participation in programs like FIRST Robotics and Battle of the Brains, workshops, and conferences.

Beyond her professional life, Tina cherishes her family and faith. Her children are her number one priority. Each of them are both talented artists, and have pursued vastly different creative paths, which fills her with pride. She has a close-knit family, gathering most Sundays after church. She is an active member of Grace Baptist Church of Greater Kansas City, serving in various roles including audio/visual ministry, event coordination, and Vacation Bible School advertisement and registration.

Tom Moibi
Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies

Tom Moibi is the Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Equipment Maintenance (HSE&EM) at Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T), which manages and operates the Department of Energy’s Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC). In this role, Tom leads the HSE&EM Division as an integrated business partner providing best-in-class risk management services and uncompromising commitment to employee safety and health, environmental protection, and production equipment reliability. Prior to joining KCNSC in September 2020, Tom served for more than 20 years at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, in roles with increasing leadership responsibilities, starting as an engineering intern before moving to plant leadership positions and ultimately sub-regional, regional and global Director roles.

Tom received his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline (formerly, William Mitchell) College of Law, as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is a licensed attorney at law in the State of Minnesota.

As a proud graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s two-year Centurions Leadership Development Program. He currently serves on the Board of Charlie’s House – a non-profit organization committed to preventing accidents and injuries to children in and around the home in addition to several other volunteer engagements across the KC community.

Prior to relocating to Kansas City, Tom was engaged in the Minneapolis community where he was recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal with their 40 Under 40 Award for his community and professional leadership. He was also nominated by the Governor of Minnesota to serve on the Environmental Quality Board and served on the State of Minnesota’s Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Council through a nomination from the State Department of Labor and Industry.

Tom currently lives in Overland Park, KS with his dear wife, two daughters and a son.

Larry Rideaux
Metropolitan Community College

Dr. Larry Rideaux serves as the Vice Chancellor for College and Community Relations at Metropolitan Community College (MCC), where he has spent the past five years providing strategic leadership in support of the institution’s mission. In this role, he offers executive oversight to the Chancellor’s Office and leads several high-impact areas, including the MCC Board of Trustees, Legal Affairs, the MCC Foundation, Institutional IMPractical (formerly Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and District Marketing Services. His work is grounded in a commitment to innovation, inclusive practices, and strengthening connections between the college and the community it serves.

Dr. Rideaux’s academic background reflects a deep investment in educational excellence and student support. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lamar University. These credentials have shaped his comprehensive approach to leadership, with a focus on holistic student success, collaborative governance, and equitable access to higher education.

Beyond the college, Dr. Rideaux is an active civic leader and advocate for workforce development and regional progress. He currently serves or has previously served in leadership and advisory roles across numerous organizations, including the Kansas City Area Development Council, Rotary Club 13 and the Rotary Youth Camp, and various local chambers of commerce across Gladstone, Northland, Platte County, Clay County, and Parkville. His influence extends into public policy and economic development as Public Policy Co-Chair for the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the North Kansas City Breakfast Club and the Northland Workforce Development Center, and continues to be involved with the Missouri Community College Association, the American Association of Community Colleges, and the ACCT National Legislative Summit.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rideaux has exemplified leadership that bridges institutional vision with community action.

His dedication to educational access, civic engagement, and inclusive excellence continues to leave a meaningful impact across the region and beyond.

Fabiola Riobe
Kansas City Kansas Community College

Dr. Fabiola Riobe is the inaugural Vice President of Educational Innovation and Global Programming at Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC), where she serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. Since joining the institution in 2023, she has led transformative efforts to expand educational access and equity for non-traditional learners. In her role, Dr. Riobe provides strategic oversight for a wide-ranging portfolio that includes Adult and Continuing Education, High School Partnerships, Online Learning, Workforce Innovation, the Cultural Enrichment Center, Entrepreneurship Education, and International Scholar Services. Her work is rooted in the creation of global, entrepreneurial, and workforce-ready pathways that connect educational opportunity with economic mobility.

Dr. Riobe earned her Doctorate in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Schiller International University in Paris, France, and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her academic credentials are further enriched by international certifications and a career devoted to cross-cultural engagement, global learning, and equity-driven educational innovation.

With a professional footprint that spans four continents, Dr. Riobe is a mentor, advocate, and changemaker. As a first-generation American and college graduate raised by a single mother, she brings a deeply personal commitment to creating access and uplifting underserved communities. Her leadership has shaped initiatives that center student voice, promote global competency, and reimagine workforce development for a more inclusive future. In addition to her institutional role, she serves on multiple advisory boards and speaks nationally on topics such as education, leadership, and social transformation. She is also the co-founder of two social impact nonprofits and works alongside her husband to promote financial literacy and generational wealth in marginalized communities.

Dr. Riobe’s career reflects a powerful intersection of innovation, equity, and global perspective. Her leadership continues to inspire systemic change and empower the next generation of learners and leaders.

Adrienne Williams
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City/Spira Care

Adrienne Williams is the Department Vice President of Clinical Operations at Spira Care, where she plays a vital role on the senior leadership team. In this position, she leads operations across nine primary care clinics throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, with a strong focus on removing barriers to both delivering and accessing Advanced Primary Care. Her leadership supports a patient-centered approach to healthcare, emphasizing quality, accessibility, and innovation.

With more than 20 years of experience in nursing, Adrienne brings a rich and varied clinical background that spans medical-surgical care, post-kidney transplant recovery, bariatric surgery, trauma, and primary care. Coupled with over a decade of healthcare management experience, she has developed a deep understanding of both clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Adrienne earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri in 2017 and later completed a Master of Health Administration from Capella University in 2022, equipping her with the knowledge and insight to lead in today’s complex healthcare environment.

Adrienne is also a dedicated advocate for the nursing profession. She mentors future and current nursing professionals, supporting them in achieving their career goals and advancing the profession as a whole. Nationally, she has contributed her expertise as a taskforce member helping to shape telehealth standards and guidelines for nursing care. Her commitment to community is equally evident through her volunteer work at a local food pantry warehouse and her service on multiple community boards.

Outside of her professional and civic endeavors, Adrienne finds her greatest joy in family. She shares heartfelt appreciation for her husband of 25 years, Jack Williams, their children Roz, Kam, and Micah, and their five beloved grandchildren. Their encouragement and love continue to inspire her leadership and service every day.
